Shipping policy?

Free Shipping - USA

  • On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility 2-3 business days after purchase.
  • Longer delivery times (IF ANY) are mentioned in the product descriptions. 

International shipping:

  • We charge $7.50 for the first item + $5.95 per each additional product to the rest of the world.
  • We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

How long does it take to receive merchandise?

  • 1-7 days for domestic
  • 4-15 days for international

    What is the status of my order?

    • We will send you an email confirmation of your order and the tracking number will be emailed shortly thereafter. All tracking numbers can be found in the shipping notification emails we send out.  Track your package by placing your tracking number HERE

    When can I get the Tracking Number?

    • Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to be updated after the order is shipped

    Returns:

    • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
    •  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Refunds:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

      Payment Methods We Accept:

      • Amazon Payments, PayPal, credit or debit card. 

      Changes on Orders:

      • Buyers are allowed to make changes to orders placed, within 24 hours of making their purchases and before the orders are fulfilled.

        Order never arrived:

        • If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!
        • First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address.
